Grief & Life Changes Pathway

Resource Pathway · a short explainer, a few tools, and suggested next steps.

What’s happening

Grief isn’t only about death. It can follow a breakup, a move, a health change, a job loss, or the end of a chapter you didn’t choose to close. It rarely moves in neat stages. Many people swing back and forth between facing the loss and getting on with daily life, and that movement is a normal part of grieving.

There’s no right timeline. Hard days can return around anniversaries, holidays or small reminders. Support helps most when it makes room for the loss rather than rushing you past it.

Suggested next steps

  • Choose one reflection page and spend ten minutes with it.
  • Plan ahead for hard dates: who you’ll be with, and what would comfort you.
  • If grief feels stuck, or is affecting sleep, work or relationships for a long time, consider reaching out.
