Ways to work together
Individual Counselling
Best for: anxiety, burnout, low mood, self-esteem, grief, boundaries, stress, life transitions
What we’ll do:
We’ll understand what’s driving your distress, build emotional regulation skills and create realistic changes that fit your life.
Couples & Relationship Counselling
Best for: recurring conflict, communication breakdown, intimacy issues, infidelity
What we’ll do:
We’ll slow down the cycle, identify the unmet needs underneath it, and build tools for repair, clarity and healthier boundaries.
Anxiety & Overthinking Support
Anxiety
Best for: racing thoughts, panic symptoms, perfectionism, “I can’t turn my brain off.”
What we’ll do:
We’ll work with both mind and body: thought patterns, nervous system regulation, exposure to feared situations (when appropriate), and practical coping strategies.
Overthinking Support
Best for: chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, irritability, “I’m doing everything, but I feel empty.”
What we’ll do:
We’ll rebuild capacity through stronger boundaries, intentional rest, values-based choices, addressing guilt patterns, and creating sustainable routines that support your daily life.
Trauma‑Informed Therapy
Best for: triggers, shutdown, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, difficult past experiences showing up in the present
What we’ll do:
We’ll go gently. You’ll never be forced to revisit details before you have enough safety and resources. The focus is stabilizing, integrating, and restoring choice.

- The Clover session structure
A session structure that’s both gentle and grounded
Some people avoid therapy because they’re afraid it will feel aimless—or too intense. Clover sessions are designed to feel human and safe, while still moving forward.
What a session often includes:
1. Arrive & settle (we regulate first—because your body matters)
2. Focus (we choose a theme for the session together)
3. Explore + shift (insight, emotion, skills, pattern work)
4. Takeaway (you leave with one small next step or reflection)
If you like structure, we can also create a “Clover Plan”—a simple shared map of goals and themes that keeps therapy clear.

- What we believe about change
Ways to work together
We believe people aren’t broken; they’re doing their best with the awareness they learned under stress, pressure, or pain. Therapy is the process of gently updating our awareness: understanding what protects you, what costs you, and where you’re ready to change.
